| Deposit of $25.00 will be required to confirm your delivery on rentals. We will hold your requested items for 48 hours without a deposit. If we do not receive a deposit within 48 hours your requested items will be released and you will have to re-book them IF they are still available. Confirmation from our office must be made via email or phone call to inform you the request is available then the deposit can be made. Please see our "Home Page" and "Rental Request" links. Hours of Operation: Office hours: Mon - Fri. 8am - 2pm Monday - Friday Delivery/Pickup: 8am - 8pm Saturdays Delivery/pick up: 6am - 8pm. If your rental has an earlier delivery, pick up will be earlier. If your rental has a late delivery, pick up may be on Sunday. Deliveries between 6am - 12noon will be picked up Saturday - after 1pm deliveries picked up Sunday SUNDAYS Delivery/pick up (12 NOON - 8PM) Our offices are very short staffed at this time we have 5 set up specialist and 1 part -time office worker and we can not meet the extreme demands without making delivery/pickup changes on Sundays and changing our office hours. We will add another part-time office worker effect May 7th 2007. Giving a live phone person for calls and quicker email responses. Note: You can now keep your rental all day or over-nite to offset 1/2 day on Sundays. What if I need to cancel? There is no refund on deposit except bad weather. You may change your events date within 1 year to keep deposit. After we set up the unit there are no refunds. How much is delivery? CLICK THIS LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION!!! Will I be required to pay any extra charges? No all prices are listed on this site. What if I want to have my party in a park or I live in an apartment? Effective May 18th 2007. We will no longer do Apartments or Parks due to our New Insurance policy. We can do Homes, Churches, Schools, Businesses, Condos and Club Houses. (Note: GA law does not require moonwalk companies to have insurance, however, we prefer it! We will work with our insurance company to keep coverage for us, and still have low prices for our customers). How far in advance should I make my reservation? You should make your reservations as soon as possible. Our units are very popular and sometimes we are booked up weeks in advance. Weekends are our most popular rental days so book them early. Can you set up on any surface? Yes, our units can be set up on grass, concrete or even indoor. Please note the area must be free of rocks, sticks and other sharp objects. Please let us know what surface you would like the unit set up on when booking, this way we can have the proper anchors available. Setup charge may apply for large units being setup on hard surfaces, if so we will inform you before delivery. How many people can fit in the bounce house? No one over 200lbs PLEASE. (MAX weight 800 lbs per bouncer) Unit Size Children 8 & under Children 9-12 Teens Adults 13 x 13 8-10 5-6 3-4 3 15 x 15 10-12 6-8 4-5 4 Can I pick the time that you deliver and pick-up the bounce house? You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 3 hours before (If prior day allows) to 30 minutes before for set up. You do not pay for set up time. Rentals are for jumping time only. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact time is needed please let us know and we will work with you. What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house? A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. Renter must be the enforcer of equipment rules as stated on bouncers. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment. The equipment should be returned in the same working condition as delivered or the renter will be responsible for replacement cost. Lee’s Budget Bouncer will handle delivery, set up and cleaning. What if it is rainy or windy? Lee’s Budget Bouncers reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). We will only do so IF known conditions are too extreme at that time, however the customer must call to cancel otherwise. There is a penalty to the renter to cancel if Lee's Budget Bouncers has not confirmed bad weather. We will call on the morning of your party to confirm bad weather. At that time you have the option of canceling your order. Should you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds. When is payment due? Payment in full is due upon delivery. Payment in cash, is due at time of delivery. Credit card payments must be paid online the day before delivery, save emailed receipt to show driver, and call to confirm we received your online payment. WE NO LONGER EXCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS... WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS FROM SCHOOLS, NON PROFIT OR GOVERNMENT. ALL OTHERS MUST PAY CASH UPON DELIVERY OR PAY ONLINE BEFORE DELIVERY~~ I emailed or called and No one responded? Feel free to call and email as much as needed to make sure you get the response needed. Email has a way of not being delivered properly. Returned calls can get called back more than once or not at all due to mix up. We do apologize for having to make this statement, but it is true in some cases. We have found email from customers in our SPAM box and some people forget to send their phone number and/or email address. We are not able to reply to email (Must copy and paste your email address to our reply line). When do you suggest we call back about our reservation? As much as you want, call with questions, changes, cancellation, add-ons without guilt we welcome you checking on your orders. Does Lee’s Budget Bouncers have insurance? YES! We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. Our insurance covers problems that may relate to us. If a child gets hurt due to equipment failure (moonwalk not tied down properly etc.)our fault. Moonwalks are extremely safe and we take pride in anchoring properly. However The Renter must sign a release stating you are responsible for your end. If a child get hurt due to Horse Play like back flips, your fault (Children must be supervised at all time, No back flipping stated on rules located on the Moonwalk). Once again Moonwalks are extremely safe, even if the blower is kicked off there is ample time for all children to get out while you locate your power source. WHY are you so CHEAP? We don't consider our prices cheap, we are Budget-Minded. Entertainment, Party Supplies and Fun Food must FIT into your party Budget. You still have other foods, cake, decorations and more to consider. Your EVENT would be made with or without Lee's Budget Bouncers and we are aware of that, therefore we say, why not with us!
